Goodbye world

I wrote this poem, it's kinda lousy coz it doesn't really tell you what i'm trying to say...
So... read this for me, and tell me what you think it's about.
Then, give comments. it'll really help.
I don't really like it(the poem), but whatever...

Goodbye world,
Won't you wave at me?
One last time,
Before i leave you be?

The original way you were,
When i wasn't there;
Which would you prefer?
I'm sorry. I don't care.

For now that i've decided,
My mind will not change,
I'm going backwards,
Down memory lane.

Goodbye world,
Go on, wave at me,
I'm sealing myself,
Setting you free.

I tried to fit in,
Tried to show you,
The true me,
But you were cruel.

I told you my secrets,
Gave you my heart,
My soul to you,
Was useless art.

I was too complicated,
You didn't understand,
My feelings, my dreams,
There wasn't a hand to lend.

Who knows who I am?
Who i could've been,
Leave me now,
Forget all you've seen.

Goodbye world,
I will never forget,
The times you were,
And weren't there...

Well, what say you?
Sounds a lot like......... a suicide note doesn't it... I KNEW IT!!! Failure!!!!!!!
'No...........' (screams in frustration)
Nevermind. i know i know. when i read it myself, i felt like it was a suicide note too. No, you're not stupid. I'm just not so good at this.
