MY BIRTHDAY!
Well, I got a really beautiful watch from Mum and we went for Japanese food! YUMMY!!
Hmm.. there was wasabi in the sushi(already) and I thought to myself
"It can't be that bad right? I'm sure I can handle it!"
then stuffed it into my mouth. The next thing you know, I'm pinching my nose, close to tears.... haha!!
Anyway, I can't write much about the earlier events coz...
I'M SO OVERWHELMED WITH JOY!!!!
and it's not even my birthday!(not anymore) haha!!
hehe... i can't stop smiling! there's like this permanent smile plastered on my face now!! Eeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!! :) *grinning like an idiot*
The reason i'm so happy i can't stop laughing? HAHA!! see, my phone was 'spoilt'... kinda. and all the msg ppl sent me couldn't get through. so on My birthday, the WHOLE day, i was thinking, no one remembered.. i have such pathetic friends.. and all.. then at 11.56pm(4 minutes before my bday ended) i went online and wen long told me he did msg me! so i thought oh gosh.. my phone's spoilt! then, elder sis took it, turned it off and switched it back on again!
WHAT A MIRACLE!!!! She 'fixed' it!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!
Messages started flooding in! Oh gosh! you can't possibly imagine how happy i was! They DID remember after all! there was one from shao jun, then shrek(he even tried to call 3 TIMES!!), then darell and chin wah, then mun wai, and wan ling, catherine! MADDY!!! (she msged me!! From Australia!?!?? MUAKS TO HER!!!) then wen long of course, as he said, and yi ning!(didn't expect that!) haaha.... Wow.. i take back what i said about my friends! they're all ever so WONDERFUL! LOVE THEM ALL TO BITS!!!! hehe...
And most of them(except 3) made it in time for my birthday! yup! in that short 3-4 minutes, all of that flooded in and i read and read and smiled and smiled.. WOW. I don't even know how to express my feelings.
Lovely.
Then, when it was 12, I called darell to wish HER a happy happy birthday!!!!
The first thing she said to me was well, duh, "Hi" then "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" I screamed that to her toO! then she asked if i received her msg. so i told her the WHOLE story. and because it only happened a few seconds ago(which means i was STILL very much overwhelmed with
joy) and also because she's kinda like me, we were practically screaming and i was talking at WOW speed. Haha.. I was so relieved i teared up a bit. Oh gosh! What a birthday to remember!!!!!!!!
Once again i'm grateful of the friends I have. Wow.
Suddenly i realise how wonderful they are.
Was this all created just for me? Was this birthday suppose to happen like this? With no one calling me from home? I don't know, but this sure as hell is going on my "birthdays to remember" list.
If i even have one.

hehe...i'm so SIGNIFICANT or so miss cookie here says. therefore it seems like i MUST give a comment or two. oh well, how can i say no to a birthday gurl rite? it's not a big thing to ask. hehe...besides still owe her a pressie. myb this can be it! yay! so cheap!! :p it was really funny to see her suddenly get so excited during the last few minutes of her birthday all thanks to.... ehem... u know who :) hehe what with the 'my frens forgot!! so pathetic' she was like disappointed the whole day, well almost the whole day. hmm actually just the pathetic phone. hehe...see her so happy. really farnee.. oh ya, she forgot to put down a really important episod in Giordano. made me laugh so much. luckily tummy didn hurt afterwards. heh.. wanna know bout it, jus ask her ;p anyway, really glad could make ur day a little brighter than it already was. yea... in case u didn't notice, I WISHED YOU EARLY MORNING!!!! hehehee... Now don't you just love surprise?? it's only cost a few cents to sms so of coz we would sms u. =D i remember your birthday coz there's so many other people's birthday around this time. there's my sis, jiayueh (same day with ya), darell and others. Good thing no school too or we would have to come up wit a present, and a sms only made u so happy adee. ok ok.. just joking.. u get lots of presents, for sure.
Oh so it was YOU who was in the phone with Darell when I tried to phone her... For you it was: "Please try again", for Darell I got: "The person you have dialed, is unavailable'... Grrr... Oh well...
Seriously... You have no confidence in me as your friend??? What is this??? I planned to phone you on your birthday like month ago or something... The date NOVEMBER 11TH is like stuck in me head for like sooo long... So at 12 o'clock SHARP on the 4th I picked up the phone, dialled, practised my lines for like the past 30 minutes and still unsure whether to say 'Happy Birthday!!' or 'Joyeux Anniversaire!!'... Then instead of an overenthusiastic girl picking up the phone and screaming till my speaker blows up, a computer-like lady says: 'Please try again.' in the most matter-of-factly way I've ever heard. Tried it three times but the lady still refuse to leave me alone. So I told the lady: "Ok lady! FINEE... I hear ya!" Then I messaged you. Fin.
What a lot to go through to just to wish someone happy birthday...
