KING KONG~ ROAR!
Well, I just came back from watching KING KONG and it was Gooood... 'cept some parts which didn't make sense.
(This is the part I start talking to you about it like you've watched it already and ruin it all for you. Not that it CAN be ruined. It's not like you don't know the story...)
*okay, seriously, stop reading. It WILL ruin it for you. I"M SERIOUS! Proceed at own risk...
Anyway, first thing's first.
KING KONG IS SO CUTE! He's like a little boy!! A 5 year old!
Haha.. It was so funny the way he pushed Ann down again and again and again and you get the point. And he was ever so protective! ~Save the maiden in distress eh, Kong?~
Right, so now, the part that didn't make sense.
Why did the dinosaur go after SMALL(really really REALLY small) prey when it already had something in its mouth? I mean, imagine yourself eating a HUGE piece of chicken. Yummy yum yum; then here comes an ant. WOW! AN ANT! Would you:
A. Drop the chicken in your mouth and run after the ant or
B. Continue eating the chicken, and leave the ant alone?
Well, if you chose A, umm... *speechless* are ants really that tasty?
Hmm... Maybe beauty really does attract beasts.
Okay, and the end was just so sad! Why'd the have to kill Kong? Let him LIVE! You'd think Kong, who survived a fight with 3 dinosaurs would survive a few bullets. But no.... Okay! So it wasn't a FEW bullets, STILL! LET HIM LIVE! LET HIM LIVE! (group of people chanting outside empire state building) "Let Kong live! Let Kong live!" Haha...
And after he fell of the building and died, was half hoping the girl'd jump off too...(So people tell me I'm a sadist, now you know) I mean, maybe she'll feel SO sad, she'd rather die? She WAS standing at the edge of the building after all. Inside I was screaming "JUMP!! JUMP!!!!!!!! DIE WITH KONG! (He doesn't deserve to die alone) JUMP!!! NOW!!"
Was kinda hoping she'd jump, then when the guy, Jack arrived and saw her jumping, he'd rush over and JUMP (opps?) too! So what if it's not a happy ending, it was never a happy ending to begin with anyway. With Kong dead and all..
Best line of the show (that made me laugh at OTHER parts of the movie coz it kept coming into my head... Couldn't help myself) :

* Okay, so maybe the original movie WAS like that.. Let's go back in time and change that director's mind! Come on! The only thing standing between us and saving kong is but that time machine you're about to build! No biggie.

Haha!! Same here... The happiest ending that was going through my mind since halfway through the movie (Oh comeon..it's a long movie) was that she should die with kong... Sadly, her being alive is sadder than her being dead... Aren't we a bunch of sadists?
