A girl stood still at the end of a street,
staring at the wonders of her world.
A blinking light, slowly fading,
watches the most heartbreaking meet.
She kneels-
he wipes her tears,
those that have a mind of their own,
She gasps-
he holds her close,
keeping her warm in the cold.
Time stands still as all watch,
two in an embrace;
clouds cry, wind howls,
as father lets go, turns around, waves.
Invisible footprints-
six feet under snow,
she falls- the light dies,
but rivers continue to flow.
staring at the wonders of her world.
A blinking light, slowly fading,
watches the most heartbreaking meet.
She kneels-
he wipes her tears,
those that have a mind of their own,
She gasps-
he holds her close,
keeping her warm in the cold.
Time stands still as all watch,
two in an embrace;
clouds cry, wind howls,
as father lets go, turns around, waves.
Invisible footprints-
six feet under snow,
she falls- the light dies,
but rivers continue to flow.

Ok, so you say I don't read your blog. I do, ok? =) But truthfully, you blog layout is cute. But it's confusing, because it rather... unconventional. I wasn't even sure how to post a comment on your blog! =P Oh well.. I am posting one now. And I also wanna add that you're a poet? That's so sexy. =P
See ya in college, ok? I'm off to watch American Idol now.
ยง.K.
It sounds like THE TIME TRAVELER"S WIFE?!??!!
