FAB concert '07

Cat's mum said yesterday before they left. I was delighted! Haha~~
No idea what I'm talking about? :) Well, feast your eyes on this!


I choreographed a dance~!! (item 14) Haha.. My very first! And it feels great when people tell me they enjoyed it! THANK YOU!~ *feeling over the moon*

Hehe... Anyway, I've got to say, this year's concert was most definitely the BEST concert ever for me. It still feels a little funny. I choreographed a dance. XD Haha.. Who knew I'd actually be able to do that? Though I have to thank my ballet friends for being so enthusiastic all the time! Hehe~~

Sunday, after going for rehearsals and classes EVERYDAY that week other than Monday, I decided to give my dancers(Hahaha~~ XD) and myself a break. Didn't have a rehearsal in the morning. I think everyone would've screamed at me if I suggested. Haha~~ Though, I did ask everyone to arrive earlier so that we could rehearse on stage. :) We were the first ones there... HAHA~~ The stage, all to ourselves! Wait, no, the DRESSING ROOM ALL TO OURSELVES!

Carmen and Charmaine, strolling in. Early early early, plenty of time. Look, we're not even ready! Haha~~ My fingers were itching, so I took a picture. :)

After we marked our spacing for... was it, the 4th time? Jason came and we did his dance. Whoop! It was a good thing we were early because everyone wanted to use the stage after. *phew*

Soon, we started getting ready. :)

Then some people complained that they were hungry and please could I go get food because I'm the choreographer. Hmm... Never done this before, so I dragged Raymond along and guess what I found?!?!?!?!?!

A plastic bag with sandwiches inside and MY NAME ON IT! WHOA! I HAVE MY NAME ON A PLASTIC BAG! I HAVE MY VERY OWN PLASTIC BAG!!! Haha... yes, I'm overacting. But I mean, how many times do you see your NAME on a plastic bag with FOOD inside for YOUR dancers?!?! Haha... I went on and on about it when I got back.

"Should I KEEP the plastic bag!?!??!?"
I think everyone thought I was crazy. HAAHA~~

Well, I didn't.

At least I got a picture! HAHA~~ PROOF.

It was so nerve wrecking waiting for our turn to get on stage. But first, prize giving. Haha.. Which reminds me, I never did see Lyvia after the concert. XD She didn't believe me when I said I choreographed the dance we were dancing in. HAHA~~ Told her to listen to the announcement after. What an irony that they didn't announce my dance right so she wouldn't have known. XD Oh well~

I heard screams when I went out. HAHA~~!! Thanks for screaming. XD

3 dances after the intermission and it was our turn. YIKES!! SO SOON!?
After hearing the wrong title being announce for my dance, *wince* and a very very VERY loud "I LOVE YOU CHARMAINE!!" scream from the audience, which Charmaine didn't hear... XD we began dancing. Don't know why my legs felt soooo tired for my dance. But soon enough it was over and we rushed to change for Jason's.

Then, it was over.

I felt soooo CRAZY HAPPY after the concert ended on Sunday. The ending was PERFECT for my dance and Jason's dance, "POSE" was AWESOOOMMMEEE~~!! No accidents, no faults, PERFECT. It felt GOOOOD. REAL GOOD. :)

I was a little annoyed that my dance got announced wrongly though.
Anyway, I didn't expect my name to be called out when they were naming the choreographers so I was pretty surprised when I heard "Ng Li Ee" out of nowhere.

"WHAT!? WHAT?!?!?"
"GO! GO GO GO!!!" Carmen and Angeline pushed me along and the audience saw a little balloon bobbing out to the front. Haha.. Felt a little awkward standing next to Ms. Beh and the tap teacher. Couldn't help smiling. I must've looked pretty silly! Then the little girls came out with flowers, I got a bunch too and HAHA~~ Charmaine and Wee Nie came to me with a HUGE BALLOON!!!! WOW! I....was laughing so hard. They told me this morning they got 2 balloons. I thought they were for Jason. Didn't think one would be for me.. XD THANK YOU!

"Now you'll have to wear that balloon too."
The tap teacher said to me. HAHA~~~ XD Yeah.

Then it was picture taking, balloon and wig removing and packing then home. I was smiling all the way back. haha~~ HAPPY~~

THANK YOU! I LOOOOOVE IT! :) It's the biggest balloon I've ever gotten in my entire life! Haha.. I can't even touch my other hand when I hug it. XD

Thanks for putting up with this CRAZY choreographer. Haha.. What with the "look beyond the horizon!!!" and "I want you to EXPLODE!!!" directions I've given you, I think you girls are just, wonderful.
