Hello!!
HELLO EVERYONE!!!
Yes, I'm alive!! :) Arrived at Heathrow airport yesterday around 6pm(1am Malaysian time). The 13 hour flight turned out to be alright! Haha~! Slept, watched movies, listened to music.. It got a little tiring, but I survived!~ XD Haha~~ Realised it's really nice to have someone waiting for you when you come out. :) My sister's friend was waving so excitedly when he saw us!
We decided to take the underground train to my accommodation as it is pretty expensive to get a cab. It was a good thing my sis's friend was there to carry all that heavy luggage up and down the stairs!!! It would've been horrible if it was just the two of us! Might not have managed. Hehe.. There was a HUGE breeze when the train was arriving. :) *fwahhh*
Arrived at my accommodation after taking a taxi from the station(the taxis are so spacious inside!), unpacked(which was kinda fast with help! YAY!) and rested. Tried to get internet connection but wasn't too sure how. (Yeah, I finally got it today, yay again!)
Today,(it's still 24th Sept here actually. Hmm.. should I change the time zone on my blog too?) we tried walking to my school. Haha~ It was a pretty LOOOOOONG walk. I think I should get used to it though. Did a lot of walking today actually. Seems like there's a lot of walking involved in traveling around London. The weather was like air-con cold today, so it was alright, though it was REALLLLYYYYY windy. Sometimes it felt like the wind was pushing me back and it was difficult to walk forward and there was once I felt the wind pushing me forwards. HAHA! Oh yes, the underground train is actually very convenient to travel around, especially when you're tired or carrying heavy stuff.
When I was walking down the streets of London, I felt like I was in a story book! Really! It felt a little like a dream. Haha~ Is it just me? XD Oh! Buildings here are really quite different from home! :) Will take pictures and post them up another day. Haha~ Didn't take any today. (heh, so I won't get bored walking to school either, loads to see) We passed by many food shops, wonder how much the food cost. Everything seems ever so expensive when you convert!!
Alright then, that's about it. Hehe... Am actually pretty tired from all that walking!!! A lot of people walk here. When we were walking across Blackfriars bridge there were SOOOOOO many people! I can't really explain to you just how many, but yes, A LOT of people. Haha~ Noticed that most of them wear black coats. I must've been pretty easy to spot as I was wearing a pink jacket!! :)
Oh oh! Some interesting things I've noticed,
- They actually write down "LOOK LEFT" or "LOOK RIGHT" on the road to tell you which way to look before you cross the road!
- When you take the escalator, you stand on the right side so that people who are in a hurry can walk up using the left!!! (wow! Good system!)
- The traffic lights turn from red to yellow to green and back to yellow before turning red again! Hehe!!
- Not everyone's that tall!
- I'm shorter than most people by a head, MAYBE. Will have to conclude that another day. After I've been here longer..
- There are no fans or air conditioners in my room. It's like.. Genting! XD
- It's colder outside than inside. HAHA!! Must be the wind.
(Can't think of any else right now, so that'll be it)
HAHA! I saw this phone booth and thought, it's just like the one in the Harry Potter movie! *gasp!!!* Excuse my hair, as I said, STRONG WIND. It feels like the wind never stops sometimes. Haha~~ *brrrrrr*

Hope you'll have fun over there. Should be getting cold there right? Must eat more: build some fat as insulation.
Enjoy yourself! And don't forget to mail me your new contact number!!! (So I can call you at 3 am in the morning. Kekeke...)
Hey everyone, thanks! :)
And haha, xuxu, I'm alright. Just got the flu today. *sigh* woke up with sore throat. Have to drink more water! *sniff* runny nose = bad news. HAHA~
Anyway, yeah, my room is pretty spacious! :) I just went to Chea Ming's and am currently in love with mine. HAHA~ I think the phone is half way up the booth, so I'll probably be able to reach it.. Don't know, but don't think I'll be using it!! XD
